What does it cost, and am I tied in long-term?
The first draft of your new site is free. Setup is a one-time €250, then you pick a plan: Basic from €35, Premium €50 or Growth €100 a month, all net. Pay monthly and you can cancel at the end of any month, or pay yearly and get two months free. Your site and the code belong to you, and you can take everything with you. See all plans.
Can I still change things myself?
Always. You have your own login, see everything and can change anything yourself at any time. Having us look after it means you don't have to, not that you can't.
Does my old site keep running during the switch?
Yes, for as long as you like. You decide when the domain switches over, and until then your existing site stays online. Once your new site is live and you're happy, you can cancel your old hosting, page builder and plugin subscriptions. ShiftPress replaces them, it doesn't add to them.
Which sites are you not the right fit for?
We're ideal for websites that mostly show something: services, a team, opening hours, articles. Deliberately out of scope (for now): complex online shops, membership and learning platforms, or anywhere a site mainly "does" something rather than "shows" something.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. Your site is delivered through a worldwide network so it loads fast everywhere. Visitor stats work without cookies, and there's no tracking without consent.
